The fee is payable in U.S. dollars only.
IABC members maintain their accreditation as long as they are members.
Refund policy:
Refunds for the full accreditation fee will only be given within 60 days of the candidate's application approval date.
Re-take exam fees:

IABC’s Accreditation Completion Program (ACP)
IABC offers accreditation completion programs discounts on accreditation fees and select IABC products according to the size of your group.

Accreditation Fees (per person)
To qualify for this discount:
- Accreditation fee for all partnership participants paid with one check or credit card number by the organization/chapter or another designated by the organization/chapter, or all separate checks and credit card numbers are sent in one package to IABC headquarters.
- Accreditation applications sent together in one package to IABC world headquarters by postal mail or e-mail. E-mail strongly preferred.
IABC Knowledge Product Discounts
Discounts on The IABC Handbook of Organizational Communication, edited by Tamara Gillis, Ed.D., ABC, will be applied to bulk purchases of five copies or more. Discount rates will depend on the number of books purchased.
Groups must first submit applications and fees in one package before becoming eligible for the book discount. Include payment for shipping; e-mail member_relations@iabc.com for rates.
PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Submit your entire portfolio, including work samples, via the following link. http://accreditation.iabc.com/
Use your member ID and password to log in one you have navigated to the uploading page. You will be required to submit your work plan in one PDF and any work samples as separate files. If you are uploading multiple large files we recommend that you upload them in small batches of 2-3 files at a time.
Requirements for file types:
- PDF – no Microsoft Office files allowed
- JPEG, PNG, GIF images
- MP3 audio – maximum bitrate of 128 kbps stereo for music; 64 kbps mono for voice
- MP4, M4V or FLV video
