Please remember: your application must be received at the San Francisco Headquarters office by the close of business on February 29 to qualify. This promotion does not apply to renewing members, students or transitional members, who never pay the application fee anyway. Please note that the promotion runs during the month of February Pacific time. If you are in another time zone, the discount may not be activated at IABC until later in the day of February 1...or even on February 2 your time. The good news is that you get an extra day at the end of the month.
