Registration Fees
Your conference registration includes all summit sessions, continental breakfast, coffee breaks and luncheon. It does not include hotel accommodation or travel.

Fees are shown in U.S. dollars. All credit card charges will be processed in U.S. dollars, and your financial institution will convert at the prevailing exchange rate. Checks will be accepted in U.S. and Canadian dollars at the above rates; to inquire about paying by check, please e-mail conference@iabc.com.
Team Discount
Three or more registrants from the same company each receive a discount of US$100 off the applicable registration fee. All registration forms must be received together and have "team" written on each form. To apply the team discount when registering online, enter the code "Corp Team" and click the Apply Code button before entering payment information.
Confirmation of Registration
You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail. You will receive invoices only upon written request to conf@iabc.com. Invoices will be sent to you by e-mail.You will not be registered until payment is received in full.
Cancellations and Substitutions
All cancellations and/or substitution requests must be made in writing to IABC by email to conference@iabc.com. An 80 percent refund of your paid registration will be granted for cancellations received before 12 a.m. 6 working days before start of program. Refunds will not be granted after 6 working days before start of program. No exceptions will be made.
An IABC credit equivalent to 80 percent of your paid registration (excluding membership dues) will be issued for cancellations received on or between 6 working days before start of program and last working day before the conference. This credit is not a refund, but can be applied only toward IABC events within one year of the credit issue date. No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations received after last working day before the conference, or for no-shows.
Credit card payments must be refunded to the card originally used to pay the registration fee. All refunds will be made after the conclusion of the event.
Substitutions may be made at any time, with written confirmation from the person registered. Non-member substitutes must pay the balance of a non-member registration if replacing a member.
In the event that the conference is postponed due to natural disaster or other cause beyond IABC’s control, we will make every effort to reschedule. Any registration payments made will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event. If you choose not to attend the rescheduled conference, IABC will provide a full refund upon written request from the registrant.
Virtual Conference Cancellations and Substitutions
A request for refund is available as long as the event link has not been sent. (Typically 48 hours before the first session.) An 80 percent refund of your paid registration is available before the event link is emailed. Refunds will not be granted after the event link is sent. No exceptions will be made. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received for no-shows. All cancellations and/or substitution requests must be made in writing to IABC by email to conference@iabc.com.
