Registration Fees
Pre-conference workshop registration includes all sessions on 2 November followed by a wine and cheese reception.
Conference registration includes a wine and cheese reception on 2 November, all conference sessions on 3-4 November, continental breakfasts and luncheon. It does not include hotel accommodation or travel.

Fees are shown in U.S. dollars. All credit card charges will be processed in U.S. dollars, and your financial institution will convert at the prevailing exchange rate. Checks will be accepted in U.S. and Canadian dollars at the above rates; to inquire about paying by check, please e-mail conf@iabc.com.
Team Discount
Three or more registrants from the same company each receive a discount of US$100 off the applicable registration fee. All registration forms must be received together and have "team" written on each form. To apply the team discount when registering online, enter the code "Corp Team" and click the Apply Code button before entering payment information.
Confirmation of Registration
You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail. You will receive invoices only upon written request to conf@iabc.com. Invoices will be sent to you by e-mail. You will not be registered until payment is received in full.
Cancellations/Substitutions
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to conf@iabc.com or by mail to IABC, 601 Montgomery Street, Suite 1900, San Francisco, CA 94111. If we receive your cancellation by 2 October you will receive a full refund. Credit card payments must be refunded to the card originally used to pay the registration fee. All refunds will be made after the conclusion of the event.
If we receive your cancellation from 3-31 October, you will receive a credit, less a 20 percent handling fee and any membership dues, toward a future IABC conference. Registered attenders who cancel after 31 October or who do not attend will be charged the full registration fee with no refund or credit.
Substitutions may be made at any time, with written confirmation from the person registered. Non-member substitutes must pay the balance of a non-member registration if replacing a member.
Reording disclaimer
No part of the IABC conference educational sessions may be recorded, reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including but not limited to video or audio recording, photography, photocopy or any other information storage or retrieval system known now or in the future, without the express written permission of the International Association of Business Communicators.
