PepsiCo Total Rewards Online
PepsiCo HR Communications and Aon Consulting
In times of economic crisis, communicating effectively with worried and stressed employees is crucial. To help employees understand and appreciate their company’s competitive benefits and compensation programs, PepsiCo launched the Total Rewards web site—a practical and strategic communication vehicle. The web site united decentralized programs and messages in one engaging and accessible forum. Featuring personalized, real-time data and animated visuals, the Total Rewards web site allowed employees to access their pay and benefits information, and, more deeply communicated their value as PepsiCo employees and helped them to feel confident about their employer.

TELUS 2006 Annual Report
TELUS Corp.
Now is the time to be creative and resourceful when it comes to budgeting and managing costs. Facing budget restrictions, Canadian telecommunications company TELUS Corporation offset mailing costs by keeping down the weight of the organization’s 2006 Annual Report. The challenge was to effectively communicate the necessary information to investors and stakeholders. TELUS Corporation accomplished this by producing a clean, concise publication that was easy to read and referred readers to further information online. The TELUS 2006 annual report has since received an impressive amount of external recognition for its success and excellence.

Idearc Media 2008 Enrollment Campaign
PartnerComm/Idearc Media
One way to secure employee trust in the midst of difficult times is to communicate concern for their personal as well as professional well-being. Idearc, a newly independent company, needed to streamline its benefits plans while preserving the value and choice that its employees both expected and deserved. The company was challenged with communicating the competitiveness of the employee benefits programs relative to other comparable companies in the industry. Idearc also wanted employees to take the initiative to actively enroll rather than to simply receive default coverage. By working with PartnerComm, Idearc was able to tackle this challenge and achieve its goals by developing a creative brochure campaign that informed employees about how to get the most out of their benefits and provided them with highly practical tips.
