Globe BridgeCom Youth Development Program
Globe Telecom
Globe Telecom’s Bridging Communities program helps local leaders and micro-entrepreneurs in the Philippines identify potential small businesses they can start and provides them with critical business skills. Recognizing that the program would be more relevant if it included training on leadership practices and help for finding alternative sources of income, Globe launched Globe BridgeCom Sa Bayan. To implement the objectives of the new program, Globe launched a series of town hall meetings and developed special training modules and manuals that the communities could refer back to once training had ended.
Government of Saskatchewan Online Renewal
Government of Saskatchewan
To reassert its online presence, the government of Saskatchewan created a fully integrated and end-user-driven web portal and series of web sites. These technologies connected Saskatchewan residents, small business owners, tourists, and visitors with government programs, services and information. The intensive process of re-vamping its online presence had the important added benefit of establishing a connected and united image for the Saskatchewan government.
