To receive the IABC group rate above, please make your reservation directly with the Sheraton no later than 15 August, 2011 and mention “IABC Conference.” Rooms are based on availability and may sellout before the cutoff date. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the guest's scheduled arrival date, otherwise a cancellation charge of one night plus applicable taxes will be imposed.

Flights and Ground Transportation
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is less than 2 miles from old town Alexandria. Plan to book your flights early as fares can rise dramatically closer to the conference dates.
Free scheduled shuttle service provided by the Sheraton is available to and from Reagan National Airport and the Metro System. Shuttles pick up in front of doors 5 and 9 at the baggage claim and run every 30 minutes from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., then hourly until 11 p.m. Please feel free to call when you arrive at 703-836-4700.
Taxicabs: Approximate taxi fare from DCA to the hotel is $10. These fares do not include tip. To catch a taxi, exit the terminal and cross the street to the transportation plaza where you will be helped by a transportation coordinator.

Visa Requirements for International Visitors
Citizens of some countries need visas to enter the U.S. and should plan to apply for their visas well in advance. Due to new security measures, it takes longer for U.S. embassies and consulates abroad to process applications.
