  60-minute telephone seminars led by top-rated IABC conference speakers with downloadable handouts.
• Web Seminars
  90-minute telephone seminars with visuals presented on the web. Unless otherwise noted, web seminars are led by instructor James E. Lukaszewski, ABC, APR.
• Online Seminars
  Two-week online seminars requiring about 10 hours of flexible time to fit your schedule, covering immediately relevant topics. Complete any 4 seminars - facilitated by Ithaca College faculty experts - to earn a Professional Certificate in Strategic Communication Management.
