Reservations:

IABC's conference room rates at the Churchill are applicable 23-29 June, 2005, and are only valid for stays of a minimum of 3 nights. To receive the conference rate, guests should make reservations directly with the hotel no later than 6 June 2005, and should identify themselves as IABC conference attenders. The Churchill requires a first night's deposit to guarantee the reservation. The deposit is refundable up to 48 hours before arrival. The group rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out.

Transportation to the Hotel:
The hotel is located approximately 6 miles from Reagan National Airport (DCA) and 25 miles from Dulles International Airport (IAD).

Shuttle Service:
SuperShuttle's door-to-door shared-ride service is available from both DCA and IAD. Please note that the shuttle will stop at other locations en route to the Hilton.

From DCA: Upon arrival proceed to the outside curb and contact the SuperShuttle representative. After hours, call 1-800-258-3826 and press 1 for dispatch or 2 for reservations, which will transfer you to dispatch. The one-way fare is U.S. $12 for the first passenger and U.S. $8 for each additional passenger traveling to the same location.

From IAD: Collect your baggage and follow signs for ground transportation leading you directly to the SuperShuttle boarding area located on the lower level, outside at curb 1D or 1E. There will be a uniformed Guest Service Representative who will assist with baggage and boarding. After 12:00am call 703-416-7884. The one-way fare is U.S. $25 for the first passenger and U.S. $8 for each additional passenger traveling to the same location.

Taxicabs:
At DCA, taxicabs are available at the exit to each terminal. Dispatchers are available at the exits to assist passengers. The average one-way fare to the Hilton is U.S. $16, and typical travel time is about 20 minutes.

Washington Flyer taxicabs serve IAD exclusively with 24-hour service to and from the airport. Taxicab dispatchers are on duty at the East and West ramps on the lower level of the Main Terminal. The average one-way fare to the Hilton is U.S. $48, and typical travel time is about 40 minutes.

D.C. Metro:
The Hilton is located within a 10-minute walk of the Dupont Circle Metro station. Comprehensive information about the Metro system is available online at http://www.wmata.com. Please note that the Metro does not run 24 hours a day; check the web site for schedules.

From DCA: The Metro stops adjacent to Terminals B and C. Farecards may be purchased from machines at either of two farecard plazas located on Level 2 near pedestrian bridges that lead into and out of Terminals B and C. A third farecard plaza for disabled and other passengers using elevators, is under the Metro platform, midway between the north and south mezzanines. Shuttle buses run between the Metro and Terminal A.

From IAD: Washington Flyer Coach service is available every 30 minutes, linking IAD to the West Falls Church (Virginia) Metro station. Fare cards may be purchased at the rail station.
