AS.1 / Leading communication: Working with leaders to drive employee engagement
Date: Tuesday, 24 June
Time: 2:45–4 p.m.

Engaged employees deliver higher levels of revenue, productivity and customer service. But leaders themselves need to be engaged first. This session will focus on how leaders can increase their ability to engage employees, and how communicators can coach and support their leaders. You’ll also discuss FAME—the four key areas of focus, articulate, model and engage.
This practical session will give you the tools to:
- Work with leadership to increase engagement and help leaders understand their impact on employees
- Link engagement to practical business outcomes
- Shift the contract between leader and communicator
