Track: Change Management

It’s incredibly difficult to change a business’ culture, and even after the transition is completed, many organizations eventually return to their previous state. In this session, you’ll discuss the role communicators can play in successfully leading organizations through change, helping them reach their full potential without backsliding.

You will learn about:

  • “Negative engagers” who defy organizations’ change—and how to handle these employees
  • The communication practitioner’s vital role in encouraging the right behaviors
  • Ways to sharpen the skills that will make you an effective agent of change
