Presenter / Russell Grossman / United Kingdom, is director of communication for the U.K. Department of Business and Enterprise. Over a 20-year career, he has worked for organizations including the BBC, Royal Mail and Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs. Grossman is a U.K. board member of IABC and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
