Presenter / Roger D’Aprix, ABC, IABC Fellow / New York, USA, is vice president of ROI Communication. He is the author of six books and numerous articles and presentations on internal communication. His latest book, tentatively titled The Credible Company: Communicating with Today’s Skeptical Employee Audience, will be published later this year.
