Issues Roundtable 2 / Change communication that creates value

Date: Monday, 23 June
Time: 7:15–8:15 a.m.
Track: Change Management

A crucial step in communication planning during times of change is analyzing the context of the change and setting expectations accordingly. For example, a culture change requires more understanding and clarity about expected behaviors than an IT conversion, while mergers require clear communication about how everyone will be affected.

Participants in this roundtable will discuss ways to:

  • Dissect different types of changes in order to set realistic expectations
  • Analyze stakeholders' needs and align communication to meet them
  • Manage change during the change
