With locations in Brazil, Italy, China, Slovakia and the U.S., Embraco developed a global communication strategy to promote understanding, acceptance and corporatewide integration of its mission, vision and values. A key element of this strategy is the Global Communication Meeting, where company officials and stakeholders convene in Brazil to assess and refine communication efforts.
This session will discuss Embraco’s experience concerning:
- The integration and alignment of global communication, which acknowledges and addresses the different cultural and environmental influences at its locations
- Planning cycles and methodologies adopted to promote successful cross-cultural communication spanning five languages
- Using the strategy to generate value for stakeholders, maintain the company’s business reputation and create transparency
Presenter / Rosangela Santos Coelho / Santa Catarina, Brazil, is the corporate communication and social responsibility director at Embraco, a world leader in compressor and cooling solutions. She has more than two decades of award-winning corporate communication experience, and is a member of Aberje, the Brazilian Association of Business Communication.
