Date: Monday, 23 June
Time: 1:30–3:45 p.m.
Track: Strategy & Counsel
It is becoming increasingly common for management teams to ask communicators to prove the value of their work. This session will take you beyond simply measuring the communication activities you create and provide research approaches that don’t cost any money or take much time.
Participants will:
- Learn a communication planning approach that delivers business results by measurably influencing stakeholder behaviors
- See examples of research questions and report formats that connect communication messages and channels to organizational outcomes
- Discover how to calculate a return on investment on specific campaigns or communication channels
