T9 / The carrot principle
Date: Tuesday, 24 June
Time: 1:15–2:30 p.m.

The "carrot principle" will help you overcome your fears of employee recognition programs. Compelling findings from a 200,000-person study show that effective recognition significantly increases employee engagement, reduces turnover and benefits the bottom line.
In this session, you will learn how to:
- Create recognition experiences that actually work and avoid some that don't
- Communicate more effectively to engage your team
- Use the power of appreciation for real results
