Update Your Chapter Board List
Only Chapter Presidents and VPs of Membership are copied on new member/renewal e-mails.
If you would like anyone else to receive these emails they should be listed as a Co-VP of Membership.
Please note: Some chapter boards have leadership positions that vary from those listed on this form because of unique local interests and needs. However, because the international database contains only these titles, you should list each board member under the closest approximate title. If you do not see an appropriate substitute, you may choose the umbrella term "Board Member."
It is important that each member of your board be listed in the international database. This keeps your chapter board listing up to date; provides access to the Membership Management Area (MMA) to everyone on your board; and ensures that each board member will receive important communications related to their individual role in the chapter throughout their board term.
