Q: Why do many of IABC's products cost more than the books I
find in my local bookstore?
IABC Knowledge Centre products are developed specifically for business
communication professionals, and offer in-depth content on targeted
topics. The products include ready-to-use templates, worksheets
and/or presentation materials developed by leaders in the communication
profession. These products are designed for this specialized audience
and are not available through bookstores. When you consider how
long it would take to develop a communication plan, create a crisis
management process or a management training session and what your
time is worth, IABC's Knowledge Centre products can save you thousands
of dollars.
Q: Can I purchase products online?
The IABC Knowledge Centre online bookstore is scheduled to open
in August 2001, and will offer secure e-commerce sales of all products
as well as electronic PDF format versions of select Knowledge Centre
titles.
