Registration Fees
REGISTER NOW
Your conference registration includes all conference sessions, coffee breaks and the networking lunch. It does not include hotel accommodation or travel.

Credit card payments will be charged in U.S. dollars and converted by your financial institution at the prevailing exchange rate. To inquire about paying by check, please e-mail conf@iabc.com.
Team Discount
Three to nine registrants from the same company each receive a discount of US$100 off the applicable registration fee. All registration forms must be received together and have “team” written on each form. To apply the team discount when registering online, enter the code “Corp Team” and click the Apply Code button before entering payment information.
Groups of ten or more from the same company each receive a discount of 25% off the applicable registration fee. All registration forms must be received together and have “Group10” written on each form. To apply the team discount when registering online, enter code “Group10” and click the Apply Code button before entering payment information. This discount cannot be combined with the team discount.
Confirmation of Registration
You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail. Invoices will be sent in the same manner only upon written request to conf@iabc.com. You will not be registered until payment is received in full.
Cancellations/Substitutions
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to conf@iabc.com or by mail to IABC; 601 Montgomery Street, Suite 1900; San Francisco, CA 94111. If we receive your cancellation by 25 August, you will receive a full refund (less membership dues if you registered under the Join IABC & Go option). Credit card payments must be refunded to the card originally used to pay the registration fee.
If we receive your cancellation from 26 August-8 September, you will receive a credit, less a 20-percent handling fee and any membership dues, toward a future IABC conference. Registered attenders who cancel on the day of the conference or who do not attend will be charged the full registration fee with no refund or credit.
Substitutions may be made at any time, with written confirmation from the person registered. Nonmember substitutes must pay the balance of a nonmember registration if replacing a member.
Recording Disclaimer
No part of the IABC seminar educational sessions may be recorded, reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including but not limited to video or audio recording, photograph, photocopy or any other information storage or retrieval system known now or in the future, without the express written permission of the International Association of Business Communicators.
