Daily Registration
Daily rates include all programs and events scheduled for that particular day, with the exception of the pre- and post-conference workshops. Daily Registration tickets are nonrefundable.

Team Discounts
When three or more people from the same organization register for the conference at the same time, each person may take a US$100 discount off the Conference, Lunch and Gold Quill package, Conference and Lunch package and Regular Conference registration fees. This discount does not apply to daily rates, additional-fee events or any portion of the fees applied to membership dues.
Confirmation of Registration
You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail. Invoices will be sent in the same manner only upon written request to conf@iabc.com. You will not be registered until payment is received in full.
Cancellation Policy
An 80-percent refund of your paid registration (excluding membership dues) will be granted for cancellations received on or before 29 May 2009. Refunds will not be granted after 29 May 2009. No exception will be made.
An IABC credit equivalent to 80 percent of your paid registration (excluding membership dues) will be issued for cancellations received on or between 30 May and 6 June 2009. This credit can be applied only toward the 2010 World Conference.
No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations received after 6 June 2009, or for no-shows. IABC will process all refunds/credits after the conference.
Additional-fee event tickets purchased individually are nonrefundable.
In the event that the conference is postponed due to natural disaster or other cause beyond IABC's control, we will make every effort to reschedule. Any registration payments made will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event. If you choose not to attend the rescheduled conference, IABC will provide a full refund upon written request from the registrant.
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend the conference after registering, you may send someone in your place. Please follow these steps:
1)
You must submit the person's name and contact information in writing to IABC prior to Friday, 29 May 2009. Fax and e-mail requests will be honored.
2) If you are an IABC member, and your replacement is a non-member, s/he must pay any outstanding balance as a result of the difference in corresponding registration rates.
Press Registration
To register as a member of the press, please complete and return the press registration form.

All press must be registered prior to the conference and will not be admitted to any event without a badge. Submitting this form does not guarantee that you will receive a press badge. IABC reserves the right to issue press badges at our own discretion. Proof of press credentials may be required before IABC will grant you a press badge.
Letters of Invitation
Individuals requiring a letter of invitation to obtain a visa to attend this conference should submit a request as early as possible. Letters will only be issued to conference registrants who have paid the registration fee in full through bank wire transfer (there will be no exceptions to this policy). To inquire about paying through bank wire transfer, please send an e-mail to conference@iabc.com.
After your payment and registration have been processed, please download the letter of invitation form, complete and e-mail it to conference@iabc.com. All information on the form must be provided for the invitation to be issued including the full name and address of the applicant as it appears on his/her passport, the applicant’s passport number, the URL and description of the company where the applicant is employed, a curriculum vitae or résumé, and the address of the U.S. Consulate that the applicant will be visiting to apply for the visa. Invitation letters will be delivered by e-mail only. IABC reviews requests on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to refuse any request.
