This session will provide attenders with a tested recipe for successfully communicating during a merger. Participants will walk away with strategies and best practices for using a variety of tools, creating messaging that resonates with affected employees, driving adoption and engagement, and dealing with survivors. Case study examples will be supplemented with interactive discussions.
