Storytelling builds community, especially during organizational disruption and crises. Sharing personal narratives facilitates employee engagement and change. As storytelling colleagues, we learn we are more alike than unalike. This awareness fosters collaboration by lowering barriers of resistance. The interactive session includes discussion topics and takeaways for the workplace.

Cheryl founded Pop-up Storytelling for Organizations for Organizations® in 2019 to help business leaders and team members collaborate better by sharing personal stories. She designs and delivers storytelling campaigns as part of her communications strategy.
