Section III: Organizational Adoption and Measurement

We know that successful digital transformation requires adoption across your organization, which is why we have added a third session on Digital Media Adoption and Measurement to ensure the success of your new digital communication strategy. Upon completing sessions one and two of the Digital Acumen Masterclass series. This third session on adoption and measurement serves as a launch point for all the digital communication strategies you intend to create at your respective business place. Adoption is a critical stage because it is an opportunity to access ahead of your new campaign release the various pathways to ensure the success of your new digital communication strategy. With the measurement, the strength of campaign performance is solely dependent on the ability to measure success, identify key performance indicators, and track. In the second half of this session, you will learn how to assess the performance of an existing campaign, how to create a dashboard and data visualization to measure campaign performance, how to develop structure campaign tracking, and how to perform audience analysis to growth existing relationship or to expand the target audience. 

The learning outcomes of this masterclass are as follows: 

•    create a digital channel plan for your organization

•    maximize omnichannel approach to maximize investment 

•    managing internal and external programmatic teams 

•    examining audience and performance analysis: past, present, and future

•    building digital analytics models to measure campaign performance
