As CENTURY 21’s global chief marketing officer since 2015, her primary areas of focus include marketing, advertising and digital media. Under her leadership as CMO, the company unveiled a historic rebrand and new visual identity in 2018. Cara has over 20 years of experience leading loyalty marketing, business development, strategy and change management. She served as chief marketing officer of Squaw Valley Ski Holdings in Lake Tahoe, California, and as a vice president for some of the world’s largest multinational corporations including American Express, Epsilon and Hilton Hotels Corporation.
Presenter / Abby Guthkelch is the communications solutions lead at Workplace and is an industry expert for the Workplace team globally. Her focus is on advising Workplace customers on communications best practice, trends and thought leadership, and works closely with our engineering and product management teams specifically with our communications customers in mind. Prior to Workplace, Abby held a number of senior level comms and marketing roles both in-house and agency — most recently as global head of social media at HSBC, and Ketchum’s UK head of digital. Abby has over 15 years’ experience as a multi-industry, multi-channel content strategist and was ranked among the Top 25 marketing innovators in EMEA in 2017.
