Presented by Leslie Quinton
Imagine what you could accomplish by maximizing your agency relationships to deliver more impact for your entire communication team. Whether you are a public, private or nonprofit organization, you probably carefully watch how you spend your limited PR budget and want to make sure you have an agency partner who cares as much about delivering results as you do. Relationships that start full of promise (since like a marriage, no one hires an agency thinking it won’t work) often fail because of a few key missing elements. Join an expert who has been on both sides of the table for an energetic discussion on what makes a winning model so that everyone comes out ahead.
Three Session Takeaways:
- Managing expectations
- Being the best client possible
- Do’s and Don’ts for great agency-client relationships
