Presenter/Adrian Cropley OAM, FRSA, SCMP, is widely recognized as one of the world’s foremost experts in strategic communication. Cropley is a certified Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP) and past global chair of IABC. With a career spanning over 30 years, Cropley has worked with clients all over the world, including Fortune 500 companies, on major change communication initiatives, internal communication reviews and strategies, professional development programs and executive leadership and coaching. At IABC, he implemented the IABC Career Road Map, kick-started a global ISO certification for the profession and developed the IABC Academy. Cropley pioneered the Melcrum Internal Communication Black Belt program in Asia Pacific and is a sought-after facilitator, speaker and thought leader and is an IABC all star speaker at World Conferences.

Presenter/Mary Hills ABC, Six Sigma IABC Fellow, is business principle of HeimannHills Marketing Group in Chicago, a global consultancy that works with companies to develop, communicate, implement and evaluate change and growth initiatives. Her career has spanned more than 30 years with service at global brand name organizations in marketing, communication and leadership, including The First Wisconsin National Bank in Milwaukee, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, NiSource, Northern Trust, Center for Management Development and Whiteco Advertising Agency. In addition to HeimannHills, she serves as adjunct faculty in the master of science, global strategic communication program at Loyola University in Chicago. She teaches organizational leadership and change management, communication ethics and law, corporate communication and the graduate capstone. Hill also serves as an MBA visiting professor at Keller Graduate School of Management.

Presenter/Sia Papageorgiou FRSA, SCMP, is an accomplished speaker, award-winning strategic communication professional and inspiring leader who believes in the power of connection, the spirit of change, and embracing adventure. A current chapter and regional leader in IABC, she is president at IABC Victoria and director at IABC Asia-Pacific.
