Creating a professional development program that rocks

Case Study: Creating a professional development program that rocks

As a local chapter our members look to us as the face of IABC and our professional development events as their top-valued member service. How do we deliver a top-notch professional development program that engages our volunteers, is sustainable, and caters to all levels of our members? This session will feature IABC/Calgary as a case study, but attendees will walk away with tangible and realistic plans to enhance their PD events, no matter the stage of your program.
