Sharing our personal stories can be a powerful way to illustrate a point, broaden perspectives, and foster connection and trust In the business environment. As communicators, we can artfully use stories for impact and meaning. Telling our stories can deliver unique benefits and rewards, but there can also be risks, pitfalls and limitations to keep in mind.

This webinar will examine the role, place and value of storytelling in the workplace, and offer a deeper understanding of sharing, including the “why,” the “how,” the “when” and the “how much is enough.” Participants will gain insights into how to further develop and best use the art of storytelling to help express authenticity, strengthen connection and bonds, and contribute to a more positive work culture.

  1. I’m logged in, but still can’t see the content that needs membership access. I watched this webinar live, but there was a part of the session I wanted to rewatch, as it will be perfect for a project I’m working on. However, I can’t seem to eliminate the ‘An IABC membership is required to view at least a portion of this content.’ box to disappear. Can you please investigate?
