Presenter / Abby Guthkelch is the communications industry expert for the Workplace team globally. Her focus is on advising Workplace customers on communications best practice, trends and thought leadership, and works closely with our engineering and product management teams specifically with our communications customers in mind. Prior to Workplace, Abby held a number of senior level comms & marketing roles both in-house and agency – most recently as Global Head of Social Media at HSBC, and Ketchum’s UK Head of Digital. Abby has over 15 years’ experience as a multi-industry, multi-channel content strategist and was ranked amongst the Top 25 marketing innovators in EMEA in 2017.
Presenter / Paloma Redondo Following over eight years of experience in various B2B communication and marketing roles in Pharma (Roche Pharmaceuticals & Genentech), and the tech sector (Amadeus IT Group & Facebook), Paloma describes herself as part marketing and communications, part statistics freak. Over her career, she has worked with various leadership teams, helping them shape their communications strategy and engaging their employees in the process. Currently at Facebook, Paloma is responsible for leading the internal comms strategy for Workplace, helping leaders communicate in a more transparent and engaging way and ensuring employees feel valued and heard.
