IABC From Awkward to Awesome Master Class: Advanced Change Communication Skills for Professionals Who Want to Level Up

IABC From Awkward to Awesome Master Class: Advanced Change Communication Skills for Professionals Who Want to Level Up

27 - 10 August | 10:00 AM

In a fast-changing world, effective communication can make or break your change initiatives. This three-part interactive online master class series is designed for mid-to-senior communication professionals ready to elevate their change communication game from awkward to awesome. Through a blend of behavioural science, strategic frameworks, and real-world scenarios, you’ll gain the tools to communicate change with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Participants will explore the psychology of change, uncover the role of personality in communication, and gain advanced techniques for crafting messages that cut through the noise. The sessions are structured around two practical frameworks—EPIC and SKILLS—that will help you build trust, tailor messages for diverse audiences, and turn complex ideas into clear, actionable content.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Discover how communication forms a critical part of change management, and why it’s so important to get it right
  • Hear about different communication personality types, and how to apply that to your own communication
  • Explore how people respond to change, and what that means for developing change communication strategies
  • Understand how our brains work, and how to use that to enhance your change communication practices
