Recorded on 6 August 2020
Sponsored by Workplace from Facebook; Presented by Jonny Oser and Desiree Motamedi
As we settle into the new normal, much of our focus turns to how we keep our employees safe, supported and connected. Facebook’s 49,000 employees shifted to 100% remote working in March, and most are now looking at working remotely until at least the end of 2020.
During this shift in operations, Facebook’s employees remain supported, informed and connected to not only each other, but to leadership and the company’s vision and strategy. Maintaining this level of connectedness has helped Facebook to keep delivering on its mission to enable community both internally and with our partners.
Join this session with Facebook internal communications leader Jonny Oser to gain insights on:
- How to strengthen culture and employee engagement for remote workers and teams back to their regular workplace
- Making timely critical communication and information accessible to all employees
- Applying fresh approaches on preparing and re-energizing your organization for beyond COVID-19
