Recorded on 18 September 2019

An organization’s culture is arguably its greatest asset. Culture attracts and retains top talent, rallies employees to find innovative solutions to problems, protects the company from outside threats, and is the key driver for pushing the organization forward.

This webinar explores the process of strengthening your company culture through meaningfully integrating the company’s values into engagement and communication efforts with employees. We will showcase the practical step-by-step process and highlight several of our favorite effective communication and engagement examples, and their outcomes.

  1. The headline of the topic seemed really interesting. I logged in to listen to the recording, got only about halfway through it. These guys have boring, stumbling, hacking cough deliveries. So, I’m out and moving on. I’ll just download the slides and figure out the generalities for myself. I cannot stand their presentation. If I ever see their names associated with a presentation in the future, I will pass. Awful!!!
