IABC headquarters’ Finance team has to file important tax information to the Internal Revenue Service every year. We ask for chapters’ and regions’ help in ensuring our records are accurate. Each February, VPs of Finance and their fellow board members are responsible for submitting key documents to IABC staff.

2018 Finance Report Form
This document shows your income and expenses and should be submitted with a bank statement from 31 December 2017.

Consent Form-US chapters and regions only
This form should be signed by the appropriate board members and submitted with your annual statement and bank statement.

Consent Form- chapters and regions outside of the US only
This form should be signed by the appropriate board members and submitted with your annual statement and bank statement.

Submit a PDF of your 31 December 2017 bank statement with balance shown.
