Tween Brands needed an enrollment guide that would engage its associates, provide content in an easy-to-read format and increase awareness of important company benefits. Based on its demographic of 28-year-old females, a fashion magazine layout was designed for cinch, the 2009 enrollment guide. The communication team emphasized key messages in the guide through the use of engaging graphics and visuals that encouraged associates to read further.
