What Does World-Class Internal Communication Look Like?

Presented by Lee Smith

Recorded on 24 July 2019

In this webinar, Gatehouse co-founder Lee Smith will explore what world class internal communication looks like and share the hallmarks of excellence that Gatehouse has identified over the past decade—which underpin the new IABC and Gatehouse North American-based learning programme, Accelerate.

Building on the learning from 11 years of the global State of the Sector research reports, one-to-one interviews with hundreds of c-suite executives and IC leaders in some of the world’s leading organizations, and insights gleaned from conducting dozens of internal communication audits around the world, Smith will identify the critical components of great internal communication and demonstrate a simple mapping technique to understand how you measure up and identify what you need to do to build your own world class function.
