“Great organisations are built on great communication. But great communication requires more than the ability to speak, read and write. As George Bernard Shaw told us: “The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion it has taken place.” Misunderstanding, misinterpretation and misinformation are rife. Especially now. Professional communicators use insight, imagination, and empathy to create lasting and meaningful bonds between individuals, groups and nations – bonds that have the power to change the world for the better. For communication that works, ask an expert.”
