Communication Approaches to Navigate a Shifting DEI Landscape - IABC Colorado

Communication Approaches to Navigate a Shifting DEI Landscape - IABC Colorado

3 - April | 1:00 PM
Virtual

As the federal government redefines its approach to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) policies, many organizations are evaluating if they need to refine their messaging in response. Regardless of individual political views, professional communicators must be prepared to adapt their strategies to ensure their organizations maintain clarity, authenticity, and alignment with both internal values and evolving external expectations.

Attend virtually (1:00 PM-2:00 PM CT)

This event is designed to help communicators navigate these changes without engaging in unnecessary political debate. Instead, it will focus on practical strategies for an organized decision-making process as well as any considerations involved in crafting messaging that supports company objectives, maintains compliance, and resonates with employees, customers, and stakeholders in a way that fosters inclusivity.

The discussion will focus on strategic communication approaches, messaging best practices, legal compliance and risk management, ensuring that attendees leave with actionable insights to support their organizations.

Please note that all events are listed in Central Standard Time/Central Daylight Time (CT) unless otherwise noted.
