Communication Leadership Summit- IABC EMENA

Mike Klein is the co-creator and co-organizer of the Communication Leadership Summit. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Strategic Magazine, founder of #WeLeadComms, and a communication consultant focused on social and internal communication. A passionate advocate of “communication leadership”, which he describes as the willingness of communication professionals to change the trajectories of their organizations, communities, and industries, Mike brings both vision and impact to the field. He holds an MBA from London Business School and is an IABC Fellow, as well as a Fellow of the Institute of Internal Communication and the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence. Mike is based in Reykjavik, Iceland.

Ruxandra‑Laura Bosilca, Ph.D., is the co‑creator and co‑organizer of the Communication Leadership Summit, a project she launched with Mike Klein to champion the belief that communicators have the power to shape the future. A global communication leader, Ruxandra brings over a decade of experience with EU institutions, international nonprofits, and research organizations across five countries. She currently serves as a Board Director at IABC EMENA, after previously leading the Brussels community as Community Lead and Board Advisor. In that role, she built and supported a network of more than 70 communication professionals, creating spaces for meaningful conversations, career growth, and idea sharing.
