Jason Rollins, APR
Jason Rollins, APR Partner, FINN Partners

Jason joined the FINN Partners team after spending 10+ years on the corporate side, leading in-house Corporate Communications & Brand PR for several brands & organizations, including: IHG Hotels & Resorts, Iberostar Hotels & Resorts, Dematic and Inspire Brands. His background includes more than 20 years of experience in B2C and B2B brands – including travel & tourism, hospitality, QSR, supply chain, healthcare, banking and retail – while specializing in corporate communications, employee communications, brand PR, crisis & issues management and large-scale transformations.

Among his career highlights, Jason led internal & external communications for multi-year ($200M+) turnarounds of two global, multi-billion-dollar brands – Arby’s and Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts. His portfolio also includes leading communications and PR for Panda Express, Pilot Company, HelloFresh, Georgia-Pacific, The Coca-Cola Company, Alcon, Time Warner Cable and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Jason holds an MBA from Mercer University where he also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing.

Morgan Durrant
Morgan Durrant Director, Global Communications Ops Performance, Safety and Media Delta Air Lines

Morgan Durrant brings 22 years of corporate communications experience in commercial aviation, with a career built on defending, enabling, and promoting strategic, operational, and commercial initiatives across some of the industry's most high-stakes moments.

Currently with Delta Air Lines, Morgan has held communications roles at Delta, US Airways, and SkyWest Airlines, developing deep expertise in crisis communications readiness and response. His firsthand experience spans landmark events in aviation history — including US Airways Flight 1549 (the Miracle on the Hudson), the Delta Flight 1086 runway excursion at LaGuardia, the Brussels airport bombing, major tech outages in 2016 and 2024, and the Endeavor Air Flight 4819 accident at Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Morgan's work sits at the intersection of preparation and real-time response — making him a rare voice on what it truly takes to communicate under pressure when the stakes couldn't be higher.
