How to make change stick: A communication-first approach

How to make change stick: A communication-first approach

7 - August | 10:00 AM
Virtual

When change efforts fail, it’s often not the strategy that’s broken – it’s how (and when) we talk about it. In this session, hosted by Appspace, we’ll dig into why communication can make or break change management, and the role internal communicators play. We’ll look at common pitfalls: misalignment between leadership and employees, too many siloed channels, and messages that feel more reactive than intentional. You’ll walk away with a practical approach to change that starts with clarity and helps people move forward together.

What you'll learn:

  • Why change fails without early, intentional communication – and how to fix it
  • How to align leadership messaging and build trust through consistency
  • Ways to cut through noise without overwhelming people
  • What it means to lead change – not just support it – from a comms seat

Webinar is hosted by Appspace:
