IABC Heads of Communication SIG: CEO Communication: Turning Your CEO into Your Most Valuable Communication Asset

IABC Heads of Communication SIG: CEO Communication: Turning Your CEO into Your Most Valuable Communication Asset

16 - September | 9:00 AM

Research consistently shows that CEO communication plays a significant role in shaping trust, engagement, reputation, and organizational performance. When CEOs communicate clearly, consistently, and authentically, organizations are better positioned to navigate change, build confidence, and drive results. In this exclusive Heads of Communication SIG discussion, we'll explore the critical role senior communicators play in helping CEOs become effective communicators and visible leaders. From organizational turnarounds and transformation programs to periods of rapid growth and market expansion, we'll examine what great CEO communication looks like in practice.

Designed specifically for in-house chief communication officers, heads of communication, and equivalent senior leaders, this highly interactive session will focus on peer learning and shared experiences. Rather than a traditional webinar, the session will create space for candid conversation about the opportunities and challenges of advising CEOs and senior executives. To encourage meaningful discussion, participation will be limited to 15 attendees. The session will not be recorded, allowing participants to speak openly, share experiences, and learn from peers facing similar challenges.
