Chapter Management Awards 2025

Nominations are now open, with a simpler recognition process!

 

As you know, the CMAs are an annual IABC awards program that recognizes the leadership, management, creativity and teamwork of IABC chapter leaders around the world. It is a great opportunity to showcase your chapter's successes and demonstrate the value that your chapter provides locally.

Read on for an outline of updates to the program!

Evaluation Criteria

Each award will be based on the following criteria:

  • Survey Results: NPS scores by chapter and region from the 2025 IABC Membership Survey will be taken into account
  • Optional Project Submissions: optional project submissions will be available via an online submission form. Each entry should take 20 minutes to complete.
    • Work done between 1 July 2023 and 31 December 2024 is eligible for entry. If you are submitting a multi-year project or program, only the results for the current year will be considered.
    • All submissions must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on 18 May 2025
  • Member Growth and Retention: an average of growth and retention rates from the membership campaign will be taken into account.

Winners and Eligibility

We look forward to recognizing winners in the following categories. All chartered IABC chapters are eligible to enter.

  • One chapter from each IABC Region
  • One to two regions for Region of the Year
  • One to two volunteers for Volunteers of the Year
