A membership can be transferred to another person within a company. However, the following criteria must be met:
Please include current information of the new member, including name, title, phone number, email and mailing address, and the name and member ID of the original member.

Dues vary based on your chapter and country. See our dues chart for details. If you live in an area not represented on the dues chart, please email member_relations@iabc.com with your location and request a dues quote.
At IABC, we want to give you as many options as possible. You can now pay your membership dues in quarterly installments*! Please email member_relations@iabc.com with any questions.
IABC Memberships are active for one year.
IABC accepts payment in U.S. dollars, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars and euros. Email our member relations team for current exchange rates.
The easiest way is to login to your IABC Profile and click Account. Fill in the appropriate fields with the new information, and be sure to click “save” at the bottom of the screen. You cannot change your name (e.g. if you get married) online. Please email us at member_relations@iabc.com to change your name or chapter.

IABC bylaws prohibit refunding dues for any reason when a membership terminates or during the membership period. This applied to completing all quarterly payments if this option has been chosen.

You are welcome to join as a member-at-large. When you join IABC, you will be shown a list of chapters so you can choose the best fit for your membership needs. Your chapter is an amazing part of your membership!
Yes, you may join multiple chapters when you purchase your IABC membership. If you already have a membership, you may purchase an additional chapter here. A step-by-step document is available here to walk you through the process.

Please reach out to member_relations@iabc.com to receive your discount code and to set up an optional membership orientation for your group. We find that the orientation is one of the most of effective ways to increase the ROI of the membership for both the company and the employee.
Here are a couple of things to keep in mind:
You are in your renewal period when your membership expiration date is within six months' time.
If you do not see your chapter when joining or renewing, please check the currency in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. The chapters shown will only be ones offered in that currency.
Groups with five or more individuals on their roster benefit from 15% discount on international dues. Chapter dues remain the same no matter the membership type and can be found one our dues chart.
In December of 2021, we reached out to our 500 Club members with an update that chapter dues would now be charged to all 500 club members. Don’t have chapter dues? We still ask that you renew each year so that we are able to stay up to date on your my recent contact information. There is no fee charged during the renewal process if you do not have a chapter.
