Kristina Wright is a Communications Director at Thrivent, a Fortune 500 financial services company that puts generosity at the heart of saving and investing. She joined Thrivent in 2020, focused on internal communications and Human Resources.

Kristina has spent 20+ years of her career in internal and external communications, including a variety of leadership roles. She is a certified Strategic Communications Management Professional (SCMP) and a Prosci change management practitioner.

Cory Gunderson
Cory Gunderson

Cory Gunderson is a Communications Consultant at Thrivent, a Fortune 500 financial services company that puts generosity at the heart of saving and investing. Since 2021, Cory has been the driving force behind workforce audience insights and advocacy. Her mission is to help the organization achieve its strategic goals by boosting audience engagement via priority content.

In 2022, Cory championed the implementation of CRA’s Clarity Index®, a benchmark for internal communication effectiveness. At the heart of the business case was the importance of measuring and tracking the impact of Internal Communications to continually improve it. For the past two years, Cory has successfully led the administration of the Clarity Index at Thrivent in partnership with CRA.
