To truly build a powerhouse employer brand, the line between internal culture and external reputation must disappear. This session is about ensuring that what you say to the world matches what your people feel at their desks.

Authentic storytelling doesn't start with a marketing campaign

it starts with an experience. For communication professionals, the challenge is two-fold: cultivating a culture where employees feel valued (Internal) and empowering them to share those lived truths with the world (External).

By adopting the Design for Delight (D4D) mindset, we move away from "polished" corporate scripts and toward "proven" human experiences. We will explore how to build a brand that attracts top talent not because of a slogan, but because your own people—your Catalysts—are the ones telling the story.
