This interactive session puts your submitted cases front and centre. Whether you’re wrestling with a difficult client situation, navigating a pricing dilemma, or facing a strategic decision about your consultancy’s direction, our community is here to help you work through it and find positive paths forward.
Here’s how it works:
- Submit your challenge through our Google form (link below) by Oct. 28, 2025. While you can sanitize any proprietary details, your submission won’t be anonymous—this is about real consultants helping real consultants with real problems.
- During our session, we’ll focus on cases submitted by attendees who join us live, creating an engaged problem-solving environment where we look for solutions, opportunities, and positive outlooks together. Depending on participation, we may use breakout rooms to ensure as many people as possible get meaningful input on their challenges.
- You benefit! Whether you submit a case or not, every discussion will surely offer insights, strategies, and approaches you can apply to your own consultancy challenges.
This new format responds directly to feedback from our February 2025 governance discussions, where members expressed strong interest in this type of peer-to-peer support.
