Change Management is constant, requiring fluid adjustments from leadership and the brands. The pandemic has only accelerated this need. Communication professionals must be change leaders and that is what this Shared Interest Group is all about. We will keep an eye on the future while tackling the challenges of the latest next normal, focusing on sharing best practices around strategy, alignment, communication flow, business practice, technology and behavior change. Ultimately, our goal will be to support communications professionals as we lead change within our organizations and our client organizations.

SIG Chair

Zora Artis is a globally recognised strategist, advisor, and coach with deep expertise in alignment, brand, communication, and leadership. As CEO of Artis Advisory and Co-founder of The Alignment People, she works with executive and senior leaders to build clarity, cohesion, and high performance in change and complex environments. With more than 25 years’ experience across sectors, she has led change, brand, and communication initiatives, helping organisations unite purpose, people, and performance.

A committed IABC leader and Fellow, Zora has contributed extensively through global and regional boards, task forces, and mentoring, championing the profession and the development of communication professionals worldwide. She is also a frequent speaker and facilitator at international conferences, sharing insights on communication, leadership, and alignment.

Outside of work, Zora is an avid podcast listener – usually at the gym or while walking her Cavoodle, Rusty. She also enjoys staying healthy and spending time with family and friends.

 

Vice Chair

Jyoti Khan HeadshotJyoti Khan, SCMP

Jyoti Khan, SCMP® is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and Strategic Communication Management Professional with over 20 years of experience driving organizational transformations across Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Europe. She co-founded Bricks & Clicks, a strategic communications consultancy, guiding businesses through strategic pivots and cultural transformations across technology, telecom, financial services, and professional services industries. She is currently leading complex change initiatives including organization-wide reforms and post-acquisition integrations affecting tens of thousands of employees across multiple countries. Jyoti is passionate about the balance of art and science in change management, especially with the growing importance of change management in the AI era.

A long-time IABC member since 2014, she served on the IABC APAC Board from 2020-2024, handling multiple portfolios from marketing, membership, and chapter development, and eventually held the position of APAC Chair from 2022-2023. As APAC Chair for the Change Management Shared Interest Group, she is committed to advancing change management practices and fostering professional development across the region.

Jennifer Kirscher is a communications leader with over 20 years of experience driving strategic messaging, executive visibility, and employee engagement across global organizations. As Senior Manager of Communications, she partners with leadership to craft narratives that align with business goals, support change management, and strengthen internal culture.

In addition to her core role, Jennifer leads a women’s resource group, co-leads diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts, and developed an innovation workshop that empowers employees to explore new ideas during dedicated time each quarter. Her passion for inclusion, creativity, and connection is reflected in both her professional and volunteer work.

Outside of work, she supports organizations that build community, mentor youth, and assist single-parent families.

 

Jo Alexander HeadshotJo Alexander

Jo Alexander is the principal of Alexander & Associates Advisory and an award-winning communications specialist with global experience in communications.

In a career spanning 35+ years, she has touched almost every aspect of external and internal communications against a backdrop of different geographies and cultures, including Australia, New Zealand, UK, Hong Kong, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. She has developed and delivered the communications strategy for complex transformation programs for large organisations, including ANZ, HSBC and Shell. Known for her engaging and decisive style, Jo excels at distilling complex information to produce crisp, clear actionable strategies that drive results.

She holds qualifications in communications, business management and coaching.

Eileen Lehmann HeadshotEileen Lehmann

In 30+ years of experience, Eileen has worked in businesses with 10 to 40,000 employees, in non-profit and Fortune 25 and everything in between. Her professional development has bridged strategic communication, change management, project management and business analysis. She leads a small team of change leaders, drives corporate change standards, and manages a few projects herself. Her real passion is in measurement and predictive results, which she has demonstrated in her Specialized Master in Business Analysis from The Ohio State University.

Bonnie Caver HeadshotBonnie Caver, SCMP

Bonnie Caver is the president and founder of Reputation Lighthouse, a branding and reputation marketing firm with offices in Denver and Austin. The firm focuses on leading companies to create, accelerate and protect their brands, especially in times of disruption and transformation. A 20-year communications veteran, Caver is a certified crisis manager from the Institute of Crisis Management and is one of few in the world to hold an advanced certification for reputation through the Reputation Institute, now RepTrak. In addition, she holds a certification in strategic change management from Northwestern University. Caver serves on the board of directors of the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communications Professionals as a representative of IABC. Within IABC, she has a long history of volunteering, from IABC Austin past president to IABC southern region chair to international committees and task forces including the Finance Committee and Brand Task Force. Caver enjoys the role of mentor for young professionals and is a frequent speaker on branding, reputation, ethics, change management and thought leadership topics.
