DEI Under Fire: What Communicators Can Do Now

DEI Under Fire: What Communicators Can Do Now

9 - May | 11:00 AM
Virtual

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts have been under scrutiny in the workplace sparked by recent political changes across the globe despite being proven to drive business performance and positive work culture. Policy shifts, public debates, and in some cases, a visible rollback of DEI initiatives are impacting a number of companies today.

For communication professionals, this moment presents both a challenge and an opportunity. Prompting those building internal culture to rethink how we can approach inclusion, belonging, and equitable communication. How do we continue advocating for DEI in a climate of pushback? How do we ensure inclusive practices remain part of the business?

Join us for an insightful panel discussion with Kim Clark and Priya Bates, two globally recognized experts in inclusive communication, for an insightful and timely panel discussion on the evolving role of communication in DEI.

Three Session Takeaways:

  • What to do during DEI rollbacks and relevant challenges faced by communicators
  • DEPTH and DEI-Why frameworks and models proven and tested to build better practices
