Elevating Change Management: Tips for Transforming the Employee Experience

Elevating Change Management: Tips for Transforming the Employee Experience

5 - March | 12:00 PM
Virtual

What if your intranet could do more than store files — what if it became the ultimate solution for your toughest communication and engagement challenges?

Join Jeremy Woolf, vice president of internal communications at FIRST, as he shares the transformative journey his team embarked on to improve employee connectedness, tackle siloed processes, and redefine change management. With a workforce of over 800 employees — many based at client sites and rarely checking email — FIRST faced the challenge of breaking through communication barriers to engage their teams effectively.

In this session, Jeremy will reveal how FIRST:

  • Revamped their year-end and goals process with employee-focused communications, creating clarity for employees and leaders while saving valuable time.
  • Boosted engagement with creative initiatives like quizzes, scavenger hunts, and photo albums, transforming their intranet into a go-to platform employees love.
  • Achieved 85% monthly logins by centralizing human resources, IT tools, and updates in one easy-to-access platform.

This session isn’t just about tools — it’s about driving meaningful change, fostering collaboration, and empowering employees to thrive. If you’re ready to overcome communication challenges and make a real impact, this webinar is for you.

Three Session Takeaways:

  • Master Change Management: Discover how FIRST redefined change management to align 800+ employees across diverse locations and roles.
  • Overcome Resistance: Learn proven strategies to break down communication barriers and engage employees effectively during transitions.
  • Drive Lasting Impact: See how clear, employee-focused communications foster collaboration and empower teams to thrive.
