In all the excitement and noise about what more AI can do, we hear far less about what it shouldn't do, and what we still need to own.
For change and communication professionals, AI is starting to feel less like a tool and more like an extended team. It can help plan, draft, analyze, and even act on our behalf. That makes it harder, and more important, to decide where its role ends and ours begins.
Our four panelists work with AI and change every day. They bring views from in-house practice, enterprise consulting, AI strategy and training, responsible AI, and strategic communication. Together, they'll explore where AI truly improves the work, where people must stay in charge, and how responsibility shifts as AI takes on more.
We'll ask each panellist to be specific: What would you hand to AI in your own work, and what would you keep?
You'll leave with a clearer view of which tasks to delegate, which to own, and how to make that call in your own work.
